General Rules 🚭 No smoking inside the home 🐾 No pets allowed 🗑️ Trash must be placed in the dumpster daily; please follow scheduled trash collection days ⏰ Early check-in or late check-out available for an additional fee (subject to availability and approval) 🌴 Optional Pool & jacuzzi heating available for $50 per night for enhanced comfort during cooler months. (advance notice and payment required) * No Parties. 🧹 Housekeeping & Food Policy • Cleaning: The unit is professionally cleaned before check-in. Daily housekeeping is not included (mid-stay cleans available for a fee). 🛺 Optional Golf Cart Rental Make getting around even more fun! A golf cart is available to rent separately for an additional fee, subject to availability. To rent the golf cart, the driver must have a valid driver’s license and complete a Golf Cart Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to arrival.
