PARKING: Front to home Maximum 2 cars No commercial or buses, trailers, RVs, recreational vehicles, motor homes & boats are allowed to be parked on the Resort. You can find off-site storage facilities that allow these kinds of vehicles. Additional rules **Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Violators may be fined $200. **No food, shoes, or drinks are allowed inside the upstairs rooms. We have carpet recently cleaned. **The air conditioning is centrally controlled and set at 72°F. **We may accommodate check-ins/outs at different hours than the established ones (check-in after 4 PM, check-out before 10 AM) upon agreement (if available), with an additional percentage **The door code will be provided along with check-in instructions. **House cleaning is only provided at check-out and is not a daily service. **Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. **Parties or events are not allowed. **Do not dispose of eggshells or oil/grease in the garbage disposal. **Do not switch TV remotes from their original rooms. **Do not move any furniture from its original place. Violators will be fined $100. **Do not exceed the maximum number of guests registered during your stay. No visitor is allowed, only registered guests **Do not flush feminine/baby wipes or similar products down the toilet. Please flush multiple times if necessary.
